The flange isolation kit FIK 4 with PGE insulating gasket provides high dielectric reliability in general industrial applications, even in the presence of dissimilar metals joints. Ideal for systems where galvanic corrosion represents a real risk.
The fiberglass-reinforced epoxy resin insulating gasket, combined with spring-energized PTFE seals (or plain PTFE or O-Ring seals - on request), ensures effective sealing and leak resistance at pressures up to 80 bar.
Perfect for installations with joints between dissimilar metals, non-aggressive industrial applications, water lines and HVAC systems, or systems requiring electrical insulation and galvanic protection.

The kit includes:
| Insulating gasket (1 pc): | insulating gasket made of fiberglass-reinforced epoxy resin with the insertion of a Teflon seal – spring-energized (optional plain Teflon gasket) or O-Ring on both sides. This gasket type is widely used to prevent corrosion of sealing elements in flanged joints. Its specially designed profile helps eliminate any potential fluid leakage. |
| Isolating sleeve (1 per bolt): | made of G10/G11 epoxy resin or phenolic resin, depending on the required service conditions. |
| Isolating washers (2 per bolt): | made of G10/G11 epoxy resin or phenolic resin, depending on the required service conditions. |
| Protective washers (2 per bolt): | made of zinc-coated carbon steel or AISI 316 stainless steel, depending on the required service conditions. |
