The flange isolation kit (FIK 3) with VCS-type insulating gasket provides high performance in critical environments: high-pressure systems (up to 700 bar), corrosive fluids and operating conditions where traditional gaskets are not sufficient.
This insulation gasket kit for flanges provides exceptional mechanical, chemical and electrical resistance, due to its advanced composite design, combining AISI 316L stainless steel (also available in Duplex or special Alloy grades) with a double G10 epoxy resin coating and virgin PTFE seals energized with stainless steel springs.
The FIK 3 flange insulating gasket kit is ideal for high-pressure chemical plants, oil and gas pipelines, refineries and offshore platforms and critical systems handling hazardous substances.

The kit includes:
| Insulating gasket (1 pc): | composite insulating gasket made of AISI 316L stainless steel (on request - Duplex or Alloy grades), coated on both sides with G10 epoxy resin. The sealing elements consist of virgin PTFE rings energized with stainless steel springs, housed in grooves on both sides of the insulating gasket. |
| Isolating sleeve (1 per bolt): | G10/G11 epoxy or phenolic resin (depending on the required service conditions). |
| Isolating washers (2 per bolt): | G10/G11 epoxy or phenolic resin (depending on the required service conditions). |
| Protective washers (2 per bolt): | made of zinc-coated carbon steel or AISI 316 stainless steel, depending on the service conditions required. |
